Michael Terveen, DDS, FAGD, FICOI
Originally from Spearfish, South Dakota, Dr. Terveen moved to Colorado Springs in 2015. He loves treating patients and getting to know them on a personal level and he knows
that improving a patient’s dental health can positively impact their overall health.
Dr. Terveen earned bachelor’s degrees in both biology and chemistry from the University of Sioux Falls. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. While in school, he earned the Pre-doctoral Achievement Award from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Prior to moving to Colorado, Dr. Terveen worked at a busy practice in Albuquerque, NM, where he served as a delegate for the Albuquerque District Dental Society.
He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Colorado Dental Association. He has represented the Colorado Springs Dental Society as a delegate and previously served on the Colorado Springs board of directors. Dr. Terveen was also awarded Fellow status by the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
