Who is eligible for our dental membership plan?

Anyone is eligible to join our dental membership plan, but it's primarily for those who don't have dental insurance.

Dr. Terveen believes everyone should have access to excellent dental care, whether they have dental insurance or not. That's why he created our dental membership plan. Here's how it works.

For one low monthly membership fee, you'll receive your preventive care, which includes your semi-annual teeth cleanings, checkups, and one set of x-rays at no additional cost. Membership also includes an emergency exam if you need it. Plus, you'll receive extra savings on other restorative or cosmetic treatments if you need or choose to have them. We also have membership plans for children.

Unlike dental insurance, here are some things you will not have to worry about with a membership plan from Springs Family Dental:

• Completing waiting periods before certain procedures
• Hitting yearly maximums that prevent you from getting treatment
• Meeting annual deductibles before you get coverage
• Preexisting conditions
